  If you’d like to use a PayPal button on your WordPress.com site, you can do so by following the steps we outline here:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/paypal/

  Once you create your button, you will see two tabs:

  Website tab – provides HTML code
  Email tab – provides a plain link

  Be sure to click on the Email tab for the correct code. Using the code on the Website tab will not work on WordPress.com.
