How do i add a picture in my sidebar with a link to a webpage?

  I can’t add a picture to my sidebar with a link to a webpage, can anyone help me with this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  To answer technical questions, we ALWAYS need a link to your blog, starting with http. To answer this particular one, we also need to know whether you’ve uploaded the picture and what you’re linking it to, and what you’ve tried already that has failed.

  If you are here at wordpress.COM, then staff just released an “image” widget which makes adding image and linked images much easier.
