How do I add a premium theme

  When I go the the appearance tab and then themes there is no menu to add a premium theme. I have read the instructions on how to add a premium theme but I cannot find the premium selection. In order to search premium themes I went to the wordpress.com site but then there is no way for me to add one.

  I’m sorry, but you cannot add premium themes to a self-hosted WordPress.org instance – the premium themes we sell at WordPress.com are only able to be used on WordPress.com hosted blogs.
