How do I add a ‘read more’ link to click for the full post, so I can fit more on my front page?

You can insert “the more tag” into your posts.

There’s an icon in the tool bar above your text entry box, just left of the spell check icon. Position your cursor where you want the break and then click that icon. Haven’t done it in a while, but that’s how it worked.
