How do I add a subdomain?

  I would like to add a subdomain to http://forksfitness.com, as http://forum.forksfitness.com, and then map that to a forum – http://forksfitness.proboards.com. How can I accomplish this?

  I added this
  CNAME forum forksfitness.proboards.com.
  to the custom DNS settings, but it still doesn’t work.
  Please help!
