how do i add a video

  When i try to add video in Footer Widgets
  I can not seem to see my video file (it is mp4 format)

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi @spiceshomedecor,

  You would need to be a Premium or Business Plan user to be able to add videos. The other option would be to embed them within your site. You can learn more about Videos here.

  Hi there, Just to clarify what Pavan mentioned, you’d need one of our upgrade plans in order to upload the video directly to your WordPressdotcom site’s Media Library. However, you can also host your video on an external service (like YouTube) and then use a shortcode to embed it here.

  If you are using an external service to host your video, how are you adding the video, from what service, and which widget are you using to display it in?
