How do I add a weather widget to my sidebar?

  There is no weather widget in my widget Sidebar. There is no plugin option in my Dashboard. I need to add a weather link to my blog but nothing I try works.
  Thank you for your help.

  Here are some weather widgets which you can use on WordPress.com:

  While plugins are common on self hosted WordPress sites, due to security concerns, they are not available on WordPress.com. There is more info regarding WordPress.com and plugins here:
