How do I add a widget written in Java?

IT seems to me that I need a java plugin, how do I add this? I don’t have the plugin option on the dashboard.

I’m sorry but we cannot use JavaScript codes. The software strips the code out for security reasons.

There is no upgrade you can purchase that changes that. Plugins are available only for VIP bloggers http://vip.wordpress.com/our-services/ or for those with WordPress.ORG installs.
