    Hello!

    Did you purchase your theme from WordPress?

    If so, you just click “activate this design” when choosing the theme from “themes” area in your dashboard.

    If you bought it third party, the only way to use a custom theme in WordPress is with the purchase a Business Plan.

    How do I add a WordPress theme that I have bought and downloaded?

    All of the sites in your account are using the Free plan. Third party themes are only supported with the Business plan, so you would need to upgrade in order to use the theme you have bought.

    If you don’t want to upgrade, there are lots of free and premium themes to choose from in our Theme Showcase:
