  You can’t. There is no metadata access to any blogs hosted by WordPress.COM and we cannot insert any code into the <header> area. There is no FTP access and no blogger installed capability on WordPress.COM hosted blogs. Hence what you want to do cannot be done on a WordPress.COM hosted blog.
