How do I add an auto footer to each POSTING?
-
I want to automatically end each blog posting with the same text, encouraging readers to sign up for updates. Can I just enter that once and have it appear in each posting automatically?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Thank you. There is no way to include autotext like that in a Wp.Com blog unless you’ve got the Custom CSS upgrade and a solid knowledge of CSS. You will have to copy and paste the words in each time.

There is another alternative.
Create a new post, enter all the permanent text and links you want visible on each new post and then save that post. Do not publish, just save it as a draft. Now, open up your dashboard, go to your unpublisged posts and select “Drafts.” Your post will be there. Make sure you are in the HTML view. Now simply copy the html, (Everything in the post) open a new post, and paste the contents there.
Now just type away on your new post and publish when done.
You can this in action on my own blog as every page and blog post is styled this way.
Hope this helps.
