How Do I Add an External Link to Top Navigation

  How can I add a link to the top navigation that links to an external URL? I added a new page and put the following in the title, but it added 2 links instead of 1 link:

  Join Mailing List

  One if the links is a funny untitled on that goes to the new page on my blog, and the other link works correctly. Is there a better way to do this? Do you need custom CSS to fix this one?

  That trick only works cleanly with some themes here as explained in this blog post by Panos: http://wpbtips.wordpress.com/2009/03/26/page-tabs-as-external-links/ . K2 is not one of the themes it works cleanly on.

  If you’re not going to add more pages of this type, it can be made to work cleanly: check the asterisk in my post.
