How do i add an image along with site header?

Id like to include a picture next to my header or in general an image instead of text that you click on to go to the homepage but in settings it just asks for site name…

The possibilities of adding an image link in the header area, and the procedure for doing so, may vary from theme to theme. You haven’t given you website address, so we don’t know whether you are referring to a WordPress.com website, or what theme you are using.

My website is http://www.derbycitybears.com i cant change the Mountain background nor can i make that first page my homepage or edit anythign on it. I have to set up a completely new home tab in the menu super confused! Im using the parallax theme
