How do I add an invited user to my blog?

  I can’t add a new user to my blog. I don’t even see the Admin section even though I am logged in a the Administrator. My blog http://wxpharmanews.wordpress.com/

  I made it private and invited a user, I have the user name huicai2012 but I can’t find a way to add her and allow access.
