How do I add an old blog to My Blogs?

Greetings!
I recently opened a new account on WordPress because I have to keep a blog as part of a fellowship I received. I didn’t realize I could add one from within my other blog so that they would both show up in the My Blogs page. I would love to be able to add my old blog to My Blogs so I don’t have to sign out and sign into the other account to switch between the two blogs. Is there any way to do this? I’d appreciate any help I can get!
