How do I add an opt-in box to the side bar?

I would like to add an opt-in box to my sidebar so that readers can join my mailing list so that I can send the articles and new post alerts to my subscribers. Please reply.–Jordan Hale

Feedburner is the only option available for email subscriptions on blogs hosted on wordpress.com
