How do I add another blog to my account?

  I am having problems with the very basic task of creating a second blog on my account. Can you please tell me how to do this? Thanks.

  I just found the answer to my own question by chance! I clicked on WordPress.com to go back to the homepage, and ended up on a different main page, which included a tab for My Blogs. This includes a link to set up another blog. I think before I wasn’t logged in so didn’t see this option.
