How do I add another blog to my account. Things have changed since the last time I did this and now I can’t find where to go or a link.

You can register as many blogs as you want to under the same username account and associated email address. Each username account can have a single gravatar that will appear for all blogs registered under it.
https://en.wordpress.com/signup/Or you can log out, clear your browser cache and cookies, and register another username account under a different email address, register blogs under it, and have a different gravatar than you do under the first username account.
