I want to connect my blogs however, both are already on WordPress but on 2 different email addresses. My other blog URL that I want to connect is crash6490.wordpress.com

Hello there,
Every blog has a sole owner and it is the person with the username account who registered the blog under that username account. No matter how many blogs are created under any username account there will be only one gravatar and one primary blog that can be linked to that username. What I posted had nothing to do with importing. Maybe you need to specifically and clearly state what it is that you want to accomplish.

The link you posted is what lead me to transferring over my blog (importing) which was my goal to begin with and if I worded it wrong here, than my apologies.

To transfer a blog from one username account A to another username account B you must first log in under the username account A that owns the blog you want to transfer to the other username account.
Then you add the other username account B as an Admin of the blog.
