How do I add another "parent" page?

  My page attributes selection only includes “about” and “no parent”. I would like to select a different page for “parent”.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  never mind; I figured it out; when I changed the other pages from “Private” to “public” they became available in “parent” selection
