How do I add another tab to the bar where "Home" is on my blog?

  I would like to put another tab, if you will, to my blog in the bar where “home” is at. I have stumbled upon how to do it before but I can’t seem to figure out how to get back to the place where I can add it.

  You can add to this by creating your own menu at Appearance -> Menus in your blog’s Dashboard.
