How do I add another user to post on my blog?

I created a blog in college as part of a student club and would like to add the new person in charge of that club to be able to edit it (but will still keep the ‘ownership’ of it so faculty can contact me when students turnover year to year). When I created it I could add other users to it, but now the “users” button in the dashboard is gone. I haven’t used the account enough to keep track of all the changes!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

If you created the blog, then you are the owner and the administrator. So you should be able to add other users.
If you don’t see Users menu that means the logged in account should be of anyone but Admin or owner. Could you please confirm that you logged in using the relevant user account?

Ugh, DUH. My then-boyfriend (now husband) was the actual owner of it, but I had created the account for him and built the site… That makes sense. I wasn’t sure if the format had changed in the 5 years since I’ve actually logged in. Problem solved!
