How do I add audio to a blog post?

I click the Add Audio Button after I click New Post. I’m tryin to insert a audio file created in Adobe Soundbooth and saved as a .wav file. This is the error message I get:
File type does not meet security guidelines. Try another.
What could be wrong with the file?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

a) You can’t upload wav files to your blog, b) audio players work with mp3s.
You need to convert your audio into an mp3, upload it to Fileden, copy its URL, and use it as shown in par.1 of the Support doc on audio:
