How do I add blog post to a specific page?

Hello, I am trying to figure out how to add a post to a specific page. For example, under my travel category I have a sub menu titled Florence. I am trying to add posts for the florence blog. How can I do this?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You can create a category called “Florence” and add posts to that category. Next you can add the category to the travel menu.
