How do I add blogs to follow?

  Can someone please explain me how can I add the blogs I want to follow.

  There is a Follow Widget you can use that for your purpose.

  If you mean how do you add blogs so that they appear in your WPcom Reader: https://en.support.wordpress.com/following/

  The Action bar can be found in the lower right corner of your screen. If you don’t see it, you may need to scroll up and down a little to make it appear.
