How Do I add Buss Tax ID Details?

    I signed up today, paid and want to have a receipt on my company’s name for reimbursement, but it won’t let me add the Business Tax ID Details, it says I should contact support. What can I do?

    Can you try logging in using a different browser and navigate to https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/vat-details after logging into your account?

    If you’re still seeing an error when trying to add the Business Tax ID, can you share exactly what the error message says so that we can troubleshoot it further?
