How do I add captions to the photos on my blog?

How do I add captions to the photos on my blog? I’ve done it before, but can’t seem to remember how I did it.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
You can add captions when you first insert them into your posts, or if you’ve already inserted them into your post you can edit your post, click on the image itself and you will see two icons appear on the image: a postcard and the international “no” symbol. Click on the postcard and you will see the options for your image appear. You can enter the caption for your image there. Click OK and you’ll be all set! :)
