How do I add existing posts that are poems to menu

  I want to add all posts that are poem category to Poem menu. I have read instructions but don’t understand how I get them linked to the new menu in header. I want readers to be able to click on Poem tab and all poems to be visible.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
