Sorry, you do not.
User advertising is, except for a couple very narrow exceptions, not allowed on wordpress.COM. For the exceptions, see the last sentence under “Affiliate marketing blogs” in the bottom set of bullet points in the “types of blogs” link below.

It’s important to note that unless your blog is accepted into the VIP program and you are prepared to pay for hosting and support, or your blog has high enough traffic and suitable content and is accepted into the Ad-Control program you cannot have blogger initiated advertising on your free hosted WordPress.com blog. Blogger initiated advertising is not allowed and results in a suspended blog.
