How do I add Google Analytics to my blog?

  how do I add google analytics to my blog? The “editor” function doesn’t seem to be present in the “appearance” section of my wordpress blog. How can I add html code that will let me track my blog with google analytics?

  My blog has a custom domain and is hosted by wordpress.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  WordPress.com does not currently support Google Analytics tracking. However, we do offer built-in statistics showing you most of the same types of information as Google Analytics would display.

  You can view your site’s stats by clicking the stats link in the grey admin bar at the top of your site. To find out more about how stats are measured and reported, see the following help page:

  You can also install Google Webmaster Tools, which contains some of the same functions as Google Analytics:
