How do I add header/menu to show every page on mobile?

  I’m trying to get my header and menu to show up on every page. Right now it just shows up on my home page and when I navigate to another page the menu and header is missing. This is only happening on the mobile version desktop is fine.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I disabled AMP and that solved the problem

  Hi! AMP can be great for your SEO; only links from Twitter and Search engines should show the simplified pages, and if you view the link directly they should still work. Let us know if you need more help with this.
