How do I add links and other information to the side bar?

    I want to add Links to other blogs of my friends, etsy widgets things so people can shop in my friends stores and I also want to add the about me page with my picture to the upper right hand corner. I am using the Quentin theme and I also would like to add a banner that is more my style. I am super new at this and any help would be great. I have never done wordpress prior to this buit i have always blogged else where and would really like to make this blog look nice so that it deserces the traffic I want coming my way! Thank you!

    You can put a link to your OWN etsy shop, but not to the shops of friends or other bloggers. That would be against the terms of service.

    Quentin does not have a custom header option, so it would require you to purchase the paid CSS upgrade, and know how to edit CSS. My suggestion would be to choose a theme that has a custom header option. You can filter the themes display at appearance > themes to show only the themes that have custom headers.

    See the other thread you started on links and such for an answer on how to put links and image links in the sidebar.

    Also, that is exactly what the links widget is for although it does not allow images to be used.
