How do I add links to the top of a page

  I edit my work wordpress site and need to edit a page that has links embeded on the top that do not show in edit view.
  How do I add/remove these links?

  Also, the navigation bar that shows on the right hand side on all sub pages has static links. How do I add/remove those?
