How do I add/manage menus?

Hi,
I am building my site in WP Editor, using the “Pendant” theme as my base.
It comes with a “Navigation” menu, but I cannot for the life of me work out how to use it.
There is an option to “Manage menus”, which takes me off to a section of WP that I can’t seem to get to any other way.
Either way, I don’t know how to add nav items, link to locations, or how to nest items.
How does navigation set up work when using WP Editor?

You might want to try this, https://wordpress.com/support/full-site-editing/theme-blocks/navigation-block/ If you want to use the WP Editor.
