How do I add Menu Tabs Below my Header?

    Hi there! I’m new to the blogging world and need help please! I have the “freshy” theme and am trying to put a menu with “About” “Contact” etc. how do I do this? I would also like to have drop downs on these menus too..but first things first…how do I add the menu? Any assistance you could give would be great…please in layman’s terms!! I’m newbie! lol Much appreciated. =)

    Add a page and it will appear in the navigation tabs at the top of Freshy.

    Please study thedifference between pages and posts. This distinction is important and it is best if you understand it from the start:

    When you want to add child pages on a drop-down menu, Freshy supports the new custom menu feature.
