How do I add menus to my blog?

  When I add menus, I title it and then add posts that should fall under it- but instead of displaying the title, the customizer displays the name of each blog post!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Do you want to add category menus i.e when you click on menu button then all the post under that category should display.

  Do you want to add these post under menu as sub menu?
