How do I add more categories to the menu?

  I can’t figure out how to add more options to my menu bar. I want to have 4-5 categories but all I get is the defaults.

  In order to add more Categories to your menu, you will first need to create the Categories by following the directions available here:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/categories/

  Then, you can add the new Categories to your menu by following these instructions:
