How do I add more menus on a free template?

  I want to add a few different menu tabs to my free template blog but it only displays one, ‘About’

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Right now your blog has five menu tabs:
  ‘About’, ‘My Projects’, ‘Absolute Favourites’, ‘Bargain Finds’, ‘Contact’
