How do I add more things to my WordPress Tweets

Hello. I was wondering if there is any way for me to change the automatic tweets that are linked to my blog. I want to add more than the Title of my articles when I write a post. For example, if I write about a artist, can I add hashtags and his or her username to my tweets. Thank you in advance.

If you’ve connected your site to twitter using Publicize, you can edit the message that is delivered to twitter before you publish your post.
At the bottom of the Publish Module of the Post Editor, you’ll see Publicize Twitter and your twitter username. Underneath that there are two links: Edit and Settings. Click the Edit link and the box will open where you can add more info to your tweet. You should do this just prior to publishing your post and be careful not to alter the WordPress.com short link.
