How do I add multiple authors to a "private" blog?

    I have sent invitations, they have been confirmed. Two additional names (elderman41 and mgutier106) show up in my list of added users, but they do NOT show up in the overall list of users and they cannot add new posts. And I have no way to change their roles.

    Is a private group only allowed to have one author? My goal is a private group in which everyone is an author, and all can post as well as comment.

    Please advise. Thanks.

    You have them set as users who can view your blog. You’ll need to make them actual users of your blog via the Users section of your blog’s Dashboard.
