How do I add multiple posts to the featured post slider? (Forever theme)

I can not get the slider feature for the ‘Forever’ to work properly.
I added a few new posts each with images. Set those images as Feature images. Then made each post sticky.
What I’m seeing when everything is live: 1 post in the slider area. Then every other sticky post is below.
What am I doing wrong?

You need sticky posts with featured images for the slider to display.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/post-visibility/#sticky-postsThe featured image size is critical. Featured Image (at least 887 pixels wide and height 355px)
To show only your four latest posts (with a Featured Image above each one, of course) in a neat grid on your home page visit Appearance → Theme Options and click the checkbox there. Thumbnail on 4-column showcase for recent posts. Width 195px, maximum height 124px (cropped if larger).
