How do I add NEW POST using Safari

  Suddenly unable to create NEW POSTS when I use Safari (my go-to). Have successfully created and posted over 800 posts using Safari.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Within last week I’m unable to review or post NEW POSTS. When I click “review post” message appears that nothing matches my criteria.
  I use Safari.
  I checked forums that say to disable plug-ins. Can NOT find “plug-ins” in my administrative panel.
  Bueno is my template.
  Need concise SIMPLE directions as I’m tech-impaired! Thanks
