  Please how can I add and in which format I can add a theme which I bought elsewhere? Thank you

  A theme can’t be uploaded and installed on a WordPress.com site. However, there are a lot of themes already available that you can activate: https://theme.wordpress.com/

  If you really want to use your new WordPress theme, you’d need to register a domain, buy hosting, and set up your site using the free software from WordPress.org: https://wordpress.org/
