How do I add NEXT / PREVIOUS and RELATED POST option for studio theme

  I am using Studio theme. The NEXT / PREVIOUS and RELATED POST is enabled at the bottom of each post when it is viewed in mobile phone. However, the options are not available when the post is viewed in laptop and iPad. How do I make this option available?

  Note –
  I have selected the option of “Show Related Contents after Post” in Setting -> Reading.

  Linen is a premium theme part of what you purchased is support direct from the theme’s designer. The person with the username account who purchased the theme can post to the Premium Theme Support forum for the theme to get help with it http://premium-themes.forums.wordpress.com/forum/studio in the Premium Theme Support forum.
