  Are you looking for users to enter their phone number into your form or to provide your phone number for them to contact you?

  If it’s the former, you can add a text field using the instructions here and change the label to “Phone Number”:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/#add-a-field

  If it’s the latter, you can enter a code like the following within the Text Editor:

  <a href="tel:555-555-1212">555-555-1212</a>

  That will hyperlink the phone number so that if someone clicks on it from a mobile browser, it will automatically dial the number.
