how do i add pictures under blog post topic titles?

I have a general idea of how to add pictures to blog post what i want to know is how you add pictures to blog post “titles”
What i mean is you will have a description of the post (title) and under it a picture and below that a link that takes you to the “inside” of the post this is the standard format for most blogs I just don’t know how to do it
EXAMPLE
THIS IS A TITLE
*DATE**PICTURE UNDER IT*
*CLICK HERE* (TAKES YOU TO MORE PICTURES/DESCRIPTIVE POST OPTION TO ADD COMMENTS)
A perfect example of what i am talking about can be seen here on the blog below all the post follow the above format

You can’t add pictures to titles, only to posts. And that link you show does exactly that. If you want a “click here” kind of thing, review the FAQ on the splitting posts with the more tag
