How do I add plugins?

Hi there, I was hoping to download plugins, specificially visual editor, but it seems like i do not have that option on my dashboard. i updated my package to remium hoping i could add plugins but it appears i can only do so on a business acccount. Please advise what it takes to add plugins to my site. I appreciate your help!

You are confusing wordpress.com hosted blogs and wordpress.org software installs. There is no FTP access https://en.support.wordpress.com/ftp-access/ to wordpress.com hosted blogs and there is no blogger installed plugin capability

I purchased the “mycompany.com” domain on godaddy and mapped it to WordPress.com. Also correctly setup a (email visible only to moderators and staff) email address that is being forwarded to gmail. In trying to configure this email as a “reply to” address in gmail what is the proper SMTP server and Port? Gmail also asks for a user name and pass word which I presume is from Word Press?
