How do I add plugins in my blog?

    Hi.. I have a blog on WordPress.com and I want add plugins and ads.. Can I do in WordPress.com or I need WordPress.org or wordAds ???

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi,

    We can’t add plugins on WordPress.com, so if it’s important to you, you will be best served with the self-hosted version of WordPress (over at WordPress.org).

    For ads, on WordPress.com the only option is WordAds. If you use self-hosted version, you can add any ads you want (except for WordAds, funnily, which is a WordPress.com-only ad network).
