How do I add plugins on this wierd new wordpress?

Literally cannot see a button to install or upload a plugin on this new version of wordpress. site: stats12345.wordpress.com

At present there is no FTP access and no blogger installed plugin capability on any free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and there is no upgrade you can purchase here that changes that reality.

http://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/You are confusing wordpress.com hosted sites with wordpress.org software installs on paid hosting. For that type of functionality, you’d need a self-hosted WordPress.ORG software install running on a paid web hosting service. See: Moving to self hosted wordpress https://move.wordpress.com
