how do I add posts to a page I created?

hi, I am trying to add posts to a page I created I cannot remember how to do it… please help!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there!
By default, the front page of your WordPress.com site will display latest posts from your blog.
If you want to display posts on another page, then set your homepage as Static homepage and select your newly created page as post page.
You can refer to this video tutorial for help with Static homepage.

You also have some menu items for tag and category groupings. To have posts appear on those pages just add the related tag or category to your post.
Here is one of your tag pages on your menu:

And this is one of your category pages:
